This 84-page Schoolio unit focuses on World War II and Canada’s role and involvement in this historical time, including events leading up to the war, life on the homefront, and major battles and figures of the war. Student learners discover Japanese internment in Canada and explore the atrocities of the Holocaust. *Please note that this unit has some difficult and heavy content that may be more challenging for sensitive or younger learners.
