Grammar Foundations Level 2 – Schoolio Grade 8 Language
Expand your grammar fluency with Grammar Foundations Level 2, a four-week Schoolio unit focused on mastering adverbs and their many forms. Students will explore interrogative and relative adverbs, master adverb positioning, and distinguish between viewpoint and commenting adverbs to strengthen sentence structure and clarity.

Students will:
Use interrogative and relative adverbs to form questions and connect ideas
Practice correct placement of adverbs within sentences based on meaning and emphasis
Understand adverb types including those of manner, frequency, time, place, and certainty
Learn the difference between viewpoint and commenting adverbs and their placement rules
Edit and rewrite sentences to improve grammar, tone, and clarity using adverb strategies

Each week features guided instruction, examples, and scaffolded activities that support learners in applying their knowledge to everyday writing.

Recommended for ages 13–15 | Approximately 4 weeks of instruction depending on your chosen pacing
