Our future-forward planning begins with our One-Year plans. What do we want to learn and get better at? We also consider how we want to help others in the upcoming year, encouraging our young learners to be altruistic and give back to their communities!

Students then learn how to manage a big goal by breaking it into smaller pieces, instantly becoming less daunting. Goal success starts with regular habit building!

All Schoolio students are encouraged to consider their goals and aspirations around Four Pillars of Finding Purpose: My Talents (what am I good at), My Passions (what do I love), My Development (what do I need to be successful), and My Impact (what impact do I want to have on the world).

With all four in mind, students move on to designing their Vision Board, complete with short-term one-year goals and their Big Audacious Dreams.
