This blog will cover a core basic concept about using the Schoolio digital platform; adding a course on the Schoolio Digital Platform is much easier than you’d think, so let’s dive in!
Adding a Course on the Schoolio Digital Platform.
Now that you have successfully added a student to your portal, you can take your next step: adding a course on the Schoolio Digital Platform. If you’ve already added your courses when registering your students, you can leave it how it is; however, if you’d like to customize the courses and add more, you can follow these steps.
Step 1: Select Your Student.
If you have multiple children registered on your account, you will need to choose the student for which you’d like to add courses. Click on the orange right-facing arrow of the student that you’d like to add courses.
Step 2: Scroll Down.
Your second step will be to scroll down until you see your child’s names and ‘courses.’
Step 3: Select Add Course.
Your third step will be to push the button on the right-hand side, ‘Add Course,’ then select ‘Custom’ or ‘Marketplace.’ Select ‘Marketplace’.
Step 4: Select your courses or customize your search.
Once on the Marketplace, you can select the courses you’d like to add by clicking the ‘Add’ button underneath the course you’d like to add. If you do not see the course you are looking for; you can scroll down or use the filter option to customize your search.
Step 5: Confirm the course by selecting the ‘Add’ button.
Now that you have successfully selected the course you’d like to add; you can confirm this by selecting the ‘Add’ button on the pop-up that will appear once you have added the course.
Step 6: Get Started.
Now that you have successfully added your additional courses to your student’s portals, you can get started. Now you can either add lessons to your child’s planner or select the green button ‘Open‘ under the course to start a lesson.
