The curriculum supports the development of reflection and investigation skills. Student learners are engaged with full color pages and interesting and varied activities, improving their scientific understanding of the world around them, while developing fine motor skills.

This 39-page Schoolio unit focuses on the concept of optics, with details about light and vision, including hands-on demonstrations, ray diagram creations, and media add-ons. The curriculum helps students develop inquiry skills, for example by encouraging them to compare human vision to other animals.
