What Are The Alberta Homeschool Programs?

In Alberta there are two main Homeschooling Programs: Supervised and Unsupervised.

Supervised Programs receive government funding and require oversight by a school authority. There are three main branches of Supervised Programming: Home Education, Distance Learning, and Shared Responsibility. In Home Education, parents create their own curriculum but follow the Home Education Learning Outcomes or the Alberta Programs of Study.
