The Opportunity – Director of Community Marketing
We’re looking for a highly creative and results-driven Director of Community Marketing to join our team. This role offers a total compensation package of $200k, consisting of a $100k salary and $100k in stock options. In this role, you will:
- Develop and execute a community marketing strategy to make Schoolio an international household name
- Lead end-to-end strategy and campaign execution across multiple channels, focusing on building and nurturing relationships within the homeschooling community
- Drive growth by partnering with sales, technical, and content teams to create engaging content and experiences for our community
- Implement community engagement initiatives such as events, webinars, and social media campaigns
- Leverage data insights to optimize community engagement, track, measure, and analyze KPIs
- Be accountable for marketing metrics such as community growth, engagement, and conversion rates
- Manage multiple streams of marketing and community activities, including community partnerships, ambassador programs, and brand awareness
- Proven experience in community marketing, preferably in the EdTech or SaaS industry
- Experience in a startup or high-performance environment
- Strong understanding of consumer behavior trends and community-building strategies
